A well-established hospital near Central South Carolina that would like to add an experienced general surgery Physician Assistant to their provider team. This opportunity can begin as early as August. The schedule would be Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9a-7p and Tuesday, Thursday from 5am-1p. This assignment does include minimal call. The case load is approximately 15-25 patients per day. Providers will be expected to first assist in surgery and must have the ability to work in acute care. The locum tenens provider will see patients of all ages and can expect to perform all basic ED procedures.
